How we use your information. The information you give on this form is collected by MRJ Care Limited, trading as MauCare Services, of 56 Arthur Street, Gravesend, Kent DA11 0PR. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZA452910.

We use it to assess your suitability for a role with us and to contact you about your application, because you have asked us to consider you for a job and we have a legitimate interest in recruiting staff. It is seen only by MauCare staff involved in recruitment, it is held securely, and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it. If your application is not successful, we keep your details for six months from the date we tell you our decision, and then delete them securely. Six months is the period in which a claim about a recruitment decision can be brought, which is why we keep them for that long and no longer. If you join us, your details become part of your employment record.
